In-Home Care Assistance Provider

At J&E Pickens Family, LLC, we provide more than caregiving services to your loved ones; we help them carry out their daily tasks and guide them in maintaining a healthy and stable lifestyle that helps improve their physical and mental well-being. We offer in-home care assistance to seniors, persons with disabilities, and mentally challenged adults in and around Detroit, MI. Our private-duty nurses are ready and available to take care of your loved ones as well.
HOME HELP SERVICES
Home Help Services is a program administered by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The program provides funding for qualified individuals to hire someone to assist them with their daily activities. It is designed to support individuals who wish to live independently in their home rather than live in an adult foster care home, home or the aged or nursing facility.
ELIGIBILITY
To receive Home Help Services, an individual must:
• Have active Medicaid
• Require physical assistance to perform at least one activity of daily living
Individuals with personal care needs and income that exceeds the Medicaid eligibility standards, may still be eligible for Home Help.
